Drinking Water and its Values

Most of us don’t actually drink enough water every day. Water is essential for our bodies to function. Did you know over 90% of our body is made up of water?

Water is needed to carry out body functions, remove waste, and carry nutrients and oxygen around our body. Since we lose water every day through urine, bowel movements, perspiration and breathing, we need to replenish our water intake.

Every system in your body depends on water to function. Water is essential to your body's temperature regulation, keeping it cool through perspiration.

Water is a major component of blood which carries nutrients and oxygen to and from all cells. Water provides a moist environment for all body tissues.
