In 2016 I created an amazing oil that helped with the aches and pain of the side affects of my stoke. My body was in great discomfort, swelling, water retention and stiffness due to my inability to be mobile. With the knowledge that I had of herbs,roots and spices I developed an oil that not only felt good being massages in but it reduced inflammation which eased pain, it eliminated water retention which reduced swelling, it also penetrated my skin which helped with mood swings, anxiety and a great deal of depression.
