I have been blessed with the healing knowledge and ability to restore the health of my clients and improve their lives through alternative methods. My dedication to holistic therapy, use of herbal remedies and spiritual healing allows me to minister on a larger platform, reaching those who seek alteratives for mental, spiritual, physical and emotional healing and cleansing. My passion for people allows me to share my gift which has truly been a blessing to not only me but others globally.

This season is about YOU, its about making changes to better your life as a servant, a child of the most high, a highly favored anointed and blessed virtuous being who is destined to be all of these things and so much more. Its time for you to make needy people step back, positive people move forward, people who are for you to be with you and for those who are against you to watch out. Its time to come with a fierce attitude towards your blessings and let NO ONE break you or shake you from receiving all that God has ordered for you. Think Yourself Happy Wellness sessions are motivating, inspiring, informative, nurturing and essential to rejuvenate, restore and revive individuals minds, bodies and spirits. Each session explores options for a better way of living, a holistic way of healing the body and a strategic plan to bring happiness into your life by exploring resources to invite happiness into your life. Wellness sessions  also promote spiritual healing that strengthens your faith, faith that gives you drive to endure  and conquer any obstacles.

Wellness sessions can include but are not limited to...

​

*Prayer (interceding prayer sessions help to build faith and hope, they also teach you how to trust God and place your hope in His promises. These sessions also help with stress relief, depression and anxiety)

*Meal Planning (knowing the right foods that help to restore your body is essential. Creating healing meals that target the restoration of organs is key, the body can heal itself if given the right tools to do so.)

* Focus Sessions with Healing Oils (targeting specific areas of the body that have pain using the healing oils helps to relief inflammation that causes joint pain, chronic pain, arthritis, swelling and fluid retention)

​

*Massage sessions with our licensed therapist and meditation techniques (massages aren't just for pampering, they actually help the body to release toxins that cause bacteria and inflammation, they relieve the body of stiffness also caused by inflammation. Massages are delivered to improve the flow of blood and lymph (fluid in lymph glands, part of immune system), to reduce muscular tension or flaccidity, to affect the nervous system through stimulation or sedation, and to enhance tissue healing.)

* Exploring the right herbs and vegetation that fulfill what your body needs (knowing the right herbs that promote healing of diabetes, kidney failure, high blood pressure, lupus, cancer etc. is critical, the earth produces healing for our bodies that are more effective then alternative medicine.)

 

*Spiritual Counseling (having a spiritual counselor who can guide you to a deeper relationship with  our Father is a key element in living your best life. Once one has found a direction to focus their concerns, stress and worries it relieves the effects of the circumstances. Once you come to know just how rich and deeply invested you are within our Lord you discover just how much value you have and how much He loves you and desires to set foundations for you of elevation, peace and joy.)
